Directions

Instructions:

Step 1

1) First, soak veggie mince into enough water 15 minutes. Remove water! 2) Prepare veggie mince again, by washing twice with water and white vinegar, and then squeeze after. Next boil veggie mince into enough water for 2 minutes, and squeeze removes water. Now it is ready for cooking. (I do this for sure pure veggie mince flavor.) 3) After that, add prepared veggie mince on a clean bowl, and then combine ingredients. Use your hand to shape the veggie mince mixture in a circle or a square like a burger. 4) The easiest way to form veggie burger patty, is to pour prepared chunks mixture on a clean flat surface, like a plate. Use your clean palm, fingers, press and shape burger. Let it stay for 5 minutes before cooking. That makes burger patty easy to handle. 5) Peel, wash, and diced or slice all the vegetables properly. 6) Put to heat frying pot for one minute with the stove gauged at eight. Now put the oil in, and wait for one minute. Add the burger. 7) Allow frying on one side for three minutes, and then use burger spatula, or fork to flip the burger on the other side. Add the sliced onion around the burger in the pot, if sautéing. 8) Allow frying for four minutes. After that, remove the grilled onions. 9) After that, flip burger on the other side cover and allow frying for two more minutes on each side. Therefore, in total, it took eleven minutes to cook this veggie burger. (You can allow it to simmer on low heat for few minutes more.) Finish! Once you cooked it properly. 10) Now use the next four minutes to dress the veggie-burger. Toast the burger buns or sliced bread. To dress it, lay the top bun top facing down on a surface. 11) Add some mayonnaise, a little ketchup, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, the veggie burger patty, and next cheese with the bottom bun top facing down. Now, hold well and turn the burger up right.
